No ... feeling guilty, so trying it now.Tried the first one?

Ah, it's backup stuff.
The issue I have with backing stuff up is I have one PC that's five years old and one removable drive that I bought to make backups and one laptop....
And really I should just save everything on the external drive, but instead I've got two PCs and two different sets of data.... and the external HDD has some radom backups made in 2009.
Edit: Looks interesting.... downloading it now. I really dislike Vista Home, it doesn't let me do stuff I want to as it hides so much from the user that for years I was used to just doing/using.
Edit2: Ran it... file not there. Good programme though.0 -

24 years in IT ... and never heard of backups?
Edit: somebody had the same thought ;-)0 -
How little do you feel claiming to be a pro, using Vista, and then losing 5 months worth of work :rotfl:;)PasturesNew wrote: »Backups are for the little people

Well, to be fair, I haven't worked on Helpdesk or directly in support since 1998.... I then moved into project management, so that means I let others do the proper work and I just swanned about making decisions and reading big reports.... so I can be let off. And it wasn't "important" ... just random notes and links. A bit like losing the fag packet you scribble things on in the carKillerWatt wrote: »How little do you feel claiming to be a pro, using Vista, and then losing 5 months worth of work :rotfl:;)
