Kitchen Direct - any experiences?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone here has used Kitchen Direct to install a new kitchen please? If so, what was your experience like and were they expensive?
Sometime during next year (when I'm finally debt free!) I hope to get a new kitchen. I need someone to come in and rip the existing units out, replace units and also an integrated oven, as well as fit plumbing for a washing machine (I don't have plumbing for one at the moment, the washing machine is in a separate utility room in the garden).
Kitchen is a one-sided galley, approx 12ft. I'm guessing 3 x 1000mm wall units and 3 x 1000mm floor units, and I'm not looking for expensive units - nice but budget conscious if you see what I mean!
I've no idea how much its going to cost, but it would be good to have a rough marker ie. nearer £2000 or nearer £4000!
Thanks everyone for any advice or comments you can give.

Excellent - thanks for that. Just read the first couple and it doesn't look good! I'm going to read them all now.0 -
The link posted above gives Kitchens Direct ...... 1.62 out of 5.00 ....from 26 reviews! You really don't need to read any further than that ... to identify they're not well thought of.
And earlier threads here - much along the same lines :-

Try local firms in your area - but check they've been established a few years. Failing that - try Ikea / Howdens / Wickes. Wouldn't touch B&Q / MFI / Magnet.
You'd probably be best with your own fitter - I recently paid £1300 for a full fit - but your smallish number of units should trim that.If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
