Electric central heating

Hello everyone.Hoping for advice.We are moving to a new flat soon(hopefully) which has a salvia boiler that obviously controls the central heating.Has anyone got experience of this system?Costs etc as opposed to gas or storage heaters.

    I'd work on the basis that it will be around 3 times as expensive to run than an equivalent gas system.
    Night storage would be somewhere between the two in running costs.
    That gum you like is coming back in style.
