That is what we did. OH was on a bike forum last night & a lot of people were saying they did not get an e-mail last year just the tickets through the door....so all is not lost if you don't get an e-mail.

cheers for this do you know how long before the event we will receive the tickets if we have won? from what you have heard from people last year

We actually got some last year (with no e-mail but thought it must have just gone into the spam bin), just asked OH & he said it was only a couple of weeks before that they arrived. When we went (Friday) there were people buying on the gate, so probably worth waiting & getting them on the day if you don't get any.

OH is going on the Sat anyway (he is taking my Dad as part of his Xmas present) & will go Friday & stay over if we get free ones.

We had a brilliant time last year & even our children enjoyed themselves, although our oldest who was 4 at the time was shattered by the end of the day (youngest had it easy as I was pushing her!)
