Weird Problem

in Techie Stuff
i.e. of I get an email which says click here to enter I should get a connection to the site, when I click nothing happens.....any ideas why and how I can put it right, please rememebr I am a wooz with the computer,:D so need talking through what to do.

You need to check your security properties if you have an antivirus prog running then you must configure it if your antivirus has a firewall then you must switch off windows firewall hope i havn`t gone too fast try these measures first then get back here cheers eds.....0

if you are using outlook then it can disable links, should be an option to to turn them on.Ever stop to think and forget to start again?0

The anti virus is AVG the free version running......outlook express is the email programme.
