We ordered A TV from a well known retailer, when it arrived it developed a fault after a week.
Anyway after lots of confusion they ended up sending us 2 brand new TV's
So were do we stand on this ?
And what should we do ?

Sunbeam, what do you think you should do?
Its not too difficult to work out is it?
Hint: you have only paid for one tv.

Contact them and tell them. Its up to them to arrange collection if you used both items you may be charged for both0

Let them know their mistake, and tell them to arrange for them to be collected within 14 days. Also, make them collect at your convenience i.e. if you work during the day, they'll have to come in the evening.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
I would also let them know and arrange an uplift of one of the TV's.
Im sure if they charged you twice, you would not hesitate to contact them.
Did you sign for the two TV's at the same time?
Tempting as it is too keep it, if you dont contact them and they catch up with you several months down the line, how are you going to explain it?0 -
They have up to 6years to claim the TV back off even if it is there mistake.0
