As well as a year’s supply of contact lenses from Vision Express, the lucky winner will also receive a Supernatural DVD box set, series 1-5. Plus we’re giving a DVD box set to three runners-up and offering everyone a FREE contact lens assessment and trial.

1. The Acuvue competition is open from 26th May until midnight on 30th June 2010 ("Competition Period") and is operated by Virgin Media Television Limited, 160 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5QA ("VMTV").

2. The Competition is open to residents in the UK and Eire who are aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and agents of VMTV and/or any of its group undertakings or anyone else connected with the administration of the Competition (or the families of such people) ("Players").

3. By entering the Competition, all Players agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any Player who fails to abide by any of these Terms and Conditions, or fails to meet the entry criteria set out in paragraph 2 above, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of VMTV

4. Only one entry per Player is permitted.

5. You may enter the competition by entering your personal details (i.e. name, address, telephone number and email address) and sending your entry via the website only.

6. Players must correctly answer the following question:

7. VMTV accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, damaged, incomprehensible or indecipherable entries and all such entries shall be disqualified. Confirmation of sending an entry is not proof of entry, nor does it constitute receipt. All entries must be received by VMTV by midnight on 30th June May 2010 ("Closing Date"). No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date.

8. Entries become the absolute property of VMTV and will not be returned.

9. Correct entries will go forward to a draw. There will be one winning entry which will be drawn at random from all eligible entries validly submitted (the "Winners"). The decision of VMTV as to who has been awarded a prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. a)The Prize for the Winner is one years supply of ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses from Vision Express, a free contact lens assessment and a Supernatural DVD box set seasons 1- 5.
b) Your optician will need to make sure you require vision correction; there may be a charge for an eye examination.
c) To be valid to win a year’s supply of contact lenses you must also be suitable for contact lenses.
d) There are three runners up prizes of a Supernatural DVD box set seasons 1- 5
e) A year’s supply of contact lenses is only available at Vision Express, on any ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses

11. The Winner acknowledges that the Prize will not comprise any further or additional components not specifically stated. Proof of age will be required before the Prize can be given. The Winner is responsible for passports, visas (if required) plus all other expenses. VMTV accepts no liability for failure to travel due to invalid passports or other necessary travel documentation. Players should be aware that the Prize may be subject to terms and conditions of third parties for which VMTV is not responsible or liable and by entering the Competition all Players are therefore deemed to have accepted and be bound by those terms and conditions.

12. The Winners will be notified after the Closing Date. In the event that a Winner fails to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 3 days of receiving such notification, VMTV reserves the right to substitute any Winner with another Player of its choice.

13. Prizes are non-transferable, subject to availability and there are no cash alternatives. VMTV may substitute alternatives of the same or comparable value if it, in its sole discretion, deems necessary.

14. The name and county of the Winners can be obtained by writing to VMTV at the address set out in paragraph 1 (above), enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.

15. The Winners agree to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by VMTV. The Winner also agrees to the publication of their name and county as referred to in paragraph 14 above.

16. As far as permitted by law (but not including liability for personal injury or death arising from its negligence) VMTV excludes all liability in connection with the Competition or the Prize awarded or not awarded in connection with the Competition.

17. VMTV reserves the right to modify or vary the Competition and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.
