Sandtex paint - what's the difference?

We have just bought a three bed terrace - our builder is going to paint it front and back whilst the scaffolding is up and we are buying the paint.
What I am confused about is the difference between 'Sandex Ultra Smooth Masonary Paint' and 'Sandtex Trade high cover smooth'. There is quite a bit of difference in the price so i am tempted to get the first one (£7 cheaper per 5 ltr tin).
The builder told us to go to the local paint trade centre as if he ran out he could go and get another tin. We have worked out the area to be covered and know how much paint we need for two coats so don't think this will be an issue.
Any advice please?
