New Internal Door from House to Garage?

Hi can anyone help me with what exactly is required to comply with building regs etc for installing a door between the house and opens into the garage (based in Scotland)?

I know it has to be a 30 minute fire door with intumiscent strips, there must be a lintel and 10cm drop from house into garage. I believe you have to submit drawings and £100 for the building warrant.

I am clueless when it comes to this sort of thing so if anyone can advise what I must do, where I could order a door and frame together. I would also need to consider security on the door for insurance purposes?

If anyone knows how much this should all cost, I would appreciate your advise.:)
