Spoof buyer on ebay

I have had a spoof bidder/buyer for my item on ebay. I have forwarded all details to ebay and even sent the spoof paypal e-mails to paypal. However. I now want to relist item (have barred buyer from bidding again) and don't want to pay ebay for what is not a sold item. How can I call them? I can't find any tel numbers on the site. Can someone help please
Thanks
Beware as I also had one on Amazon a little while ago both conected with Nigeria (are they that stupid to think we aren't aware!!)

How do you mean a 'spoof buyer/bidder?' and what are the mails from Paypal that you think are spoofs?
There is no way to call e-Bay I'm afraid, only certain Power sellers can ring with queries.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
I had a bidder who then won listing. Turns out it's a spoof and so were the subsequent paypal e-mails. My query is that I want to relist item but dont want to pay for listing/selling fees for the item I just sold (but didn't sell) if you see what I mean!!ribboninthesky wrote:How do you mean a 'spoof buyer/bidder?' and what are the mails from Paypal that you think are spoofs?

How do I let ebay know it was not a real buyer so I dont get charged for selling it?
I know I can relist item and will do now but I don't see why I should have to pay ebay fees for something that wasn't actually sold.
Can you advise???0 -
The only way to get your final value fees back is to go through the NPB process on the buyer. If they are suspended you don't have to wait the 7 days between opening nPB and closing it, so you could reclaim your fees instantly.

Yep sorry, I shouldn't use abbreviations. Non Paying bidder.
Log into ebay and on Left hand margin there should be a heading entitled 'dispute centre'. Go into there and start a dispute for non payment. Alternatively, and probably easier, go to the sold page in your ebay, use the grey drop down menu by the item in question to find the option 'report unpaid item' and got from there.
