Not buying one ( yet ) , but looking at costs- seems to me better to save £100 and buy the wifi version , and then use with a mifi if need 3g reception ( as less restriction on sims/ contracts).. Three sells mifi, so do others ... I'm lead to believe an iphone can be adapted also to offer personal wifi

Apologies if I am missing something but it seems that you know how things works. I can't see what the question is. Did you mean whether this (using MiFi and iPad) would be a good idea? Also if you are carrying an iPhone about, then why would you want to lug an iPad with you at the same time?
For me I use it with the iPod Touch and it works a treat......Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????0 -
less of a question, more of a statement
For those wanting an ipad ( yes there are some real business uses) with 3G connection--
will find it cheaper to go with the wifi model and use a personal wifi productAny posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0
