The site now shows the above address as the registered office, but states no bikes are stored there. Sensible practice I guess - or some theiving **** would steal the bikes.

Hi I just wanted to post some up to date info regarding this company.
Hi ordered a bike for my son for Christmas from bikes direct and I received it within 24hrs.

Item as described, great value for money(cheapest I found on same bike)
All round excellent service.

hi I bought 2 fold up bikes from them this summer one developed a small fault after contacting them sent me a replacement bike next day and collected faulty item the day ater when I had repackaged it you cant get much better service tha that, hope this helps,Bri.
