Bikes Direct 365- Anyone used them before?

I've found a bike that I want to buy on Bikes Direct 365 website, but I've not heard of them before. Are they a reliable website? Anyone used them before? Anyone got any discounts?

Well I can't see an address on the website. Is that a bad sign then? They were one of the first companies to come up on a google search.

its a legal requirement they show a geographical address on the site
otherwise you could be sending money to anybody in the world with little comeback

seems to be a sister site,theres a 10% code and free delivery there

Well I've just been to the companies house website to check their company number 07078026 & is comes up with Company Number Not Found - Please Try Again

But if they aren't legit, why would they have a phone number on the site?

I just went on the companies house website and their company number worked and came up with their address and start date etc.

I phoned them up and apparently they are based in Blackburn???? Is one of the people posting you a company rep because I'd be grateful if you could offer me some help before I order! Customer service so far hasn't been very impressive. Thanks x
