Duplicate refund from Woolworths.co.uk

I recently ordered an item from the Woolworths website and when almost a month had gone by without it arriving, I contacted them to report it as missing. Rather than offering to send a replacement, they just refunded my card with the cost of the item & told me that if I still wanted it then I would have to re-order it (which wasn't particularly what I wanted as it was on sale when I ordered it & the price has now almost doubled so I didn't bother). A couple of days ago though, I got an email from them saying that the original order found it's way back to their warehouse and had triggered a second refund to be sent automatically. They now want me to call them on an 0870 number now to pay them the refund back. Does anyone have any idea if I'm under any obligation to pay it back to them & if I am, can I insist on an alternative method to calling them?

If you cannot find an equivalent number, I would see if you can email them, or even write. As it was their mistake, I too would not be happy to foot the bill calling an 0870 number to resolve the matter; I would therefore request a standard rate number to contact them on (if required).0

contact them via the website and give them a number to call
or request bank details to make the payment0 -
I'd be tempted just to mail them a cheque for the amount. They have a cheek expecting you to phone them on an expensive number to sort out their error.0
