brastop usually will refund/exchange no problems, but I was just highlighting the fact that with a recent purchase they claimed the bra was excluded from their usual no quibble guarentee, which was news to me.
I don't understand why fiscalfreckles believes there is no obligation under DSR - am I missing something? I can't see anything in the DSR which would exclude these items from being returned under this legislation. That said....I am no expert but have read the list of exceptions to the right to cancel - and don't feel that 'bras' are included.
I've placed a small order and, fingers crossed, I won't need to return it - but if I do I would like to think the DSR will offer some protection.0
