Wondered if there are any left as a filling has fallen out and pain getting to me now.

    There'll be plenty.

    Maybe contact your PCT for one that has emergency slots.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

    There is a special Out of Hours NHS Direct Dental Helpline for Wales.

    It is 0845 60 10 128

    Hope this helps and they should be able to direct you to an emergency dentist
