Finally got round to buying ourselves a bed, after far too long sleeping on an uncomfortable futon.
After lots of research, chose one from Benson beds (Swindon), along with a mattress. They even knocked some money off, as we were originally going to buy the mattress elsewhere, but they had something very similar, with a 5 year guarantee.
They had a couple in stock, so we chose our delivery date for the following week (if they're not in stock, you do have to wait a while for delivery...). They sent a text out 24 hours before telling us it would be arriving, then on the day itself, a phone call giving us an hours notice.
They carried all the boxes upstairs, let us check them, then left.
Excellent efficient service, polite and helpful salesman in store (not at all pushy like some in other shops!) and a great bed! Very impressed. 1 month on and I'm sleeping like a log!
