I would say no, on the basis that duty on Cider and f**king cigarettes avoided tax increases! As a non-smoker = very disappointed. Should be taxed year on year to the hilt! Horrible, nasty habbit!Young At Heart and Ever The Optimist: "You can't sell ice to Eskimo."
