HD Freesat box crashes - Argos - can I take it back ?

Hi all
I bought a Bush HD Freesat box in February this year, it has always crashed but only about once a week, so didnt really matter.
Lately it has been crashing 2 or 3 times a day, does anyone know if I can take it back ?

As it is less than 6 months old, and showing increasing signs of instability... I would be inclined to return it as faulty. I would then let Argos worry about whether to repair/replace/refund.
