aww, ta  although one of the questions was 'tell us about a mistake you once made at work and what you learnt from it' and I thought - whoever gets this job might be making a few before it is all set up

He excelled himself on the third evening. I just kept probing him to see what he would say and he really came out with some carp. He then had a strop whilst out and about one day when I tried to talk about something he needs to move on from but he refuses to take his head out of the sand about. I stopped crying over stuff he says to me a good year or so ago now.

I am cold, had to put a jumper on.

BB, I really struggle to understand how someone as amazing as you puts up with such a !!!!!!. You'd be better off by yourself. Sorry if I speak out of turn but life is too short to settle.

Katsu = love the piggy bank. Could you do a blue one for a boy? And you could make up some names in advance (Grace for example).

The men worth crying over wont ever give you reason to cry IMO.....

But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

nah, you aren't talking out of turn Luc. I've decided to just let him do what he wants - turn up at 9.30 or so each night and stop calling him to say it is late, I'll eat before he gets here and let him sleep on the sofa every night and not wake him to get barked at. Wasted too much energy over the years to be honest.

oh, and I'm definitely not amazing :rotfl: (but ta anyway :D )

    Morning...actually afternoon!
Saturday manic morning here as normal, up crack of dawn and done 2 loads of washing...has been lashing down with rain so house looks like chinese laundry! Taken B to piano and swimming lesson, bought flowers to take to new MIL and been to tesco (never again on a saturday). B is now watching the polar express and having lunch and I am sitting down for 5 mins before I have to start the housework and make some food to take to R's parents tomorrow.

BB hope the job offer comes on wednesday...would be good for you to be able to replenish the savings a bit. Im thinking of just applying now for some new jobs, I need the money to be able to support B and I if we move in with R and the shop I think is really going to struggle to keep going this year so need an action plan now.

Luc glad you had an improptu evening out...often the best ones are ones that aren't planned :)

I couldn't agree More.....but the time has to be right...I put up with it for over 3 years, now I look back and wish Id done it sooner but I had to be mentally in the right place. I can honestly say I haven't been this happy for about 8 years :D

Maybe Amazing enough BB. You seem pretty impressive from my keyboard.

I've had enough of men who try to wind me up. Stepping round wind ups, ignoring wind ups or rising to the bait all exhaust me. They require TOO MUCH energy.

I like my men horizontal these days - both mentally and physically. If I feel I need a wind up I can always ring my dad and hear him rant about public sector pensions and women MPs.

    Afternoon.

    BB, I agree with Luc.

Katsu, I didn't even notice that there was nowhere to get the money out of, I'm liking the tail idea though.

Well, it's TOTM for me today, was hoping not to have one again I should do OU work but the flat's in a shocking state so I'm going to do some housework instead.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
