planning permission for drive

I currently have a driveway where I can park one car, but I have space next to it which is grass that I would like to concrete to add another parking space.
Am I right in thinking that if I concrete the area (6x3m) and put a slight slope on the concrete so the rain water drains to the side (grass/stone area) and not the road I will not need planning permission ?
thanks

From the Planning Portal...Paving your Front Garden
Planning permission
From 1 October 2008 new rules have applied for householders wanting to pave over their front gardens.
You will not need planning permission if a new or replacement driveway of any size uses permeable (or porous) surfacing which allows water to drain through, such as gravel, permeable concrete block paving or porous asphalt, or if the rainwater is directed to a lawn or border to drain naturally.
If the surface to be covered is more than five square metres planning permission will be needed for laying traditional, impermeable driveways that do not provide for the water to run to a permeable area.0 -
thanks, so from that I do not need planning permission if I direct the rain water towards grass or stones
thanks
