Prepaid Visa Electron

Is there such a thing as a Prepaid Visa Electron between me and my girlfriend must book 20+ flights a year through Easyjet paying (£3.50 Booking Fee) Martin Lewis suggest a Travelex Cash Passport but as far as I can see that's a Master Card so would be subject to a charge.
There's an 02 one which seems to be just a Visa and not a Visa Electron.
Can anyone enlighten me.Thanks.:money:

Get yourself a Halifax basic account. You get an electron card with that and can just transfer cash over to that to pay with. No fees, quick and easy.0
