If its pulling to one side, in the absence of any obvious damage it'll most likely be tracking.0

This is another one of these take it one step at a time. No can know for sure if it is the tracking but that is the place to start.
Then you can look at:-
Shock Absorber
Broken Spring (thast should be fairly obvious though)
Worn suspension bushes
Could even be a speed hump you take the same way every time0 -
Or check and rectify the tyre inflation pressures for starters?0

Knackered track rod end quite possibly, could also without offence be your driving, or anything that anyone else has suggested. Change it for the spare and get on with selling it.
