Marstons Group
We owed a penalty notice for £45 which admittedly we did not pay on time, so Marstons got hold of it and added a £75 court fee on top.
So fine, we owe £120.
Phone to pay and all of a sudden they have added a £200 "attendance" fee. I spoke to the Baliff - a Mr Murphy who confimed to me noone had been to the house.
The next day I call Marstons and all of a sudden someone had apparently been to my house that day - even though we were in ALL day.
In the end, we had to pay the £320 as we were thretaned with a van and man taking our stuff away,
I am now compiling a court claim against Marstons.
Beware if you receive anything from these cowboy rip-off con merchants !!
