Bought a TV in November 2009 has developed a fault (after an hour 2 lines start to appear in middle of screen).
Can I get a refund,replacement?

    You are entitled to a refund, replacement or a repair but it is at the discretion of the retailer as to what they offer you.

    Most retailers will offer a repair in this situation, which has to be completed "within a reasonable time".

    Depending on the TV, it will almost certainly be a repair. But the good news is, the TV repair system is actually quite good. Yeah, seriously.
