Bogus call from "Microsoft".

Evening,
Just to let you all know that both my mum and dad (silver surfers)! have both received calls supposedly from Microsoft today. Each time the guys have said that Microsoft has crashed and if they can go to the computer they will help get the problem sorted out. Luckily they are both computer savvy and knew it was some kind of a scam. Both guys got a bit stroppy when they wouldn't do what they said. Oh my heart bleeds for them hahaha.

Not sure. No reports have been sent to Microsoft recently and they do not know where they got their phone number from. Both callers had "Indian " accents and both got stroppy when they would not do what they told them to. I guess there are scams like this going on all the time.0
