Dublin - vouchers or good places to eat?

Hi All,
I'm off to Dublin tomorrow for the bank holiday weekend with my boyfriend.
We're hoping to keep the trip as budget as possible...(!)
Does anyone know of any restaurant vouchers that are also applicable in Irish chains.. or alternatively.. any good places to eat with set menus etc?

Last time I was there we found a lot of the restaurants were outside giving out leaflets for offers especially for an early evening meal.0
