Puncture resistant tyres on bike

My bicycle has puncture resistant tyres and the rear one has worn a little and exposing a green layer. As I only use it for a 2 mile cycle to the golf club does it need replacing or can I just keep on using it? The ride is slightly uneven.

Is there still tread left? If there isn't, it'll be OK when its dry but potentially dodgy in the wet.

Thanks. When it is too wet I try not to golf. I'll be careful on the bends.

I would suggest you replace the tyre asap. 2 miles is a long way to push a ......... pushbike

A new tyre's gonna cost you a tenner...is it worth taking the risk?

Half your running costs, buy a unicycle.Or alternatively buy part shares in a tandem.
