Hi,
I've just applied for the Premier Direct Current Account, they've given me an OD of £600 but I wanted £1300. I remember reading somewhere that I can contact them to increase it if I provide evidence of being in credit on my current bank account.
Does anyone know where this info is? or know if I can ring up or do I have to pop in branch?
On there letter is says they will match my current old bank account via the switching service.. BUT I don't want to switch accounts.. just want to use the OD @ 0%.. anyone know away round this?
thx

I just sent them a letter and proof of the existing overdraft facility (bank statement) to get my £3600 OD. I did use the switching service, but this was separate to getting the OD matched so should work for you too.0
