Sofa Discomfort - advice please

I have bought a gorgeous sofa - was really looking forward to getting it - but it gives me chronic back ache. I've only had it about a month. Can I do anything about this with the company I bought it from - how do I approach them? They were so helpful when I got it and am really embarrassed that it is giving me this problem.

Ring them up and explain the situation, when you get helpful staff they will continue to be helpful.
If they pass you onto the warehouse/manufacturer explain they may be able to help further.
Please post again and tell us how it went.

I think it's a long shot that you'll get anywhere with the supplier but good luck.

That's the problem with buying sofas - peoplet hink they look gorgeous but never try them for comfort. I spent ages looking for one that was comfortable & nice. Many are too deep front to back, too soft, too hard etc. Eventually got one in DFS believe it or not - it was the most comfotable one we could find. Colour wasn't ideal but did the job. I couldn't get over how many uncomfortable ones there were on the market.

I think you will have little chance of redressbut if you don't ask you have nochance.

A learning experience for the next time you buy a sofa!

Silly question did you sit on it before you bought it? As others I doubt you'll have much comeback
