well, another day another promised phone call failing to materialise. I'm beyond hacked off now. Ive been all round the houses trying to find a complaints address and finally found this one:
O2 Complaints Review Service
PO Box 1116
Leeds
LS11 5DS
Recorded letter going out on Monday now.0 -
Any update on this as I'm in the same situation with a broken joggler, bought online, the difference is that they paid to post it back to them, saying they'd replace it. But now as "discontinued" they are refusing to send something out, and not even send my old one back.
All they offer is money back which is not what I want, i'd like my joggler back (ideally working)
Do you have a copy of the letter you sent so that I can crib from it and possibly change where needed please?0 -

Update? Its a comedy of errors.....
We never sent a letter as someone actually called us, O2 confirmed that the joggler was out of stock and discontinued and offered us a refund. We accepted a credit onto our broadband account. Problem solved.
Well no. A week later a new joggler appeared. A joggler which I don't particularly want, and a joggler which O2 assured me was out of stock and never coming back but OH decides that enough is enough and keeps it.
Problem I currently have is that I have no idea whether we have paid for the new joggler or not! As our next Broadband bill isn't due until the end of the month I guess we will find out then whether they did credit us or not. The whole episode has been a complete shambles from start to finish.
OH was told during one conversation with O2 that a new joggler was coming very soon, maybe its worth asking O2 if you can have the new model for the £50 you paid?
Other than that, as annoying as it all is they are well within their rights just to give you back your £50 :mad:0
