Finally got through to the main CTC award helpline and was told that my award has been finalised.....with almost the same figs as was on the provisional. Guess we will have to tighten our belts even more as that's us over £250 pm short on last years payments and no payrises for either of us. Nursery gone up but all our income is down - ah weel. We have our health, roof over our head and food to put on the table so I am blessed.0 -

This will probably tell us the reason.
Your award last year was based on 08/09 income so is probably the reason why you think its dropped so much. I take it 09/10 income was a bit higher than 08/09?0
