Put in Support Group do I keep sending sick notes?

i have had esa medical and i've been placed in the support group. Do I need to continue to send sick notes from my gp? Please only answer if you are 100% sure of the answer - thank you so much everyone

No you do not need to continue to send in sick notes.
If you look at the letter saying you have passed the medical and have been placed in the Support Group it should say that you no longer need to send in sick notes.0 -

Many thanks for your reply, but the decision letter doesnt mention medical certificates (sick notes) at all.0 -

Hi,
My son and hubby are both receiving ESA and in the support group. Neither have had to send in sick notes since they were placed in the support group but like you there was no mention of sick notes at all in their award letters, we ended up ringing the DWP to check after reading a post like yours online.
I'm pretty sure it's the same for those in the work group too as it goes off passing the medical not which group you're in.
