I bought a car yesterday for £1350 cheap enough to get about. But after hearing alsorts of rumours on the garage i feel doubt now.

I never signed anything to confirm the purchase he did. But iwant a full refund now plus i dont even have the car yet.

Many rumours have no basis or are originated from people expecting to get a car as new but for banger prices.

Unless there is any actual evidence of it not being as described, you're not entitled to a refund. They may as a goodwill gesture but you're not entitled to one.

So you got the car HPI checked before agreeing to buy it, didn't you?

too late I'm afraid. You should have did your homework before you parted with a pound.

I'm assuming you did all the CAR checks that are recommended to car purchasers, appreciating it is banger money.

Nah theres something not right with the car.

I dont a HPI check and the colour comes back as red. But yet the car is bronze. I hardly think an MOT station is gonna mistake red for bronze.
