Select your OS and language from the drop down lists and away you go.
Windows will prompt you when it's time to plug the printer in.

I have now got it on the laptop but is says
windows local print spooler service is not running
what and where would I find that ???0 -
Click Start and type services.msc in the search box and press enter.
The service you are looking for is the Print Spooler and it's startup type should be set to AutomaticRemember kids, it's the volts that jolt and the mills that kill.0
