I have used this company for some time and recently ordered some puzzles.
They day they arrived I got an email saying that customers who ordered in a space of time would get extra loyalty points.
I emailed them to ask as a goodwill gesture would they let me have the extra points as I would have held baco on my order had I known the offer was on its way.
The admin staff cheerfully gave me the offer, it might not seem much as I am a very small customer of theirs but they treated me like I was one of their largest
