Ok, i sold my mobile on ebay for £250, he sent me a echeck through paypal, i accepted this then i got an e-mail from paypal stating the following.....
We are sending you a reminder that you are approaching your PayPal receiving limit. You can receive £1.01 GBP worth of payments this month before you will need to upgrade your account to a Premier or Business account.
To avoid having to refuse future payments, you can upgrade your account now! When you upgrade to a Premier or Business account, your receiving limit will be removed and you will receive a suite of premium features - including the ability to accept unlimited credit card payments. The fees on incoming payments are low --
just 2.9%+$0.30 USD to receive payments. For more details, go to http://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-...........To upgrade your account, log in to the PayPal website. Select the "Upgrade Account" link from the My Account page, which will take you to a page where you can choose to upgrade to a PayPal Premier or Business account.

over £500 you need to upgrade (to premier) and pay to receive payments.
Otherwise how would ebay get even more money out of you?It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -
