Iplayer/youtube problems

Options
Can anyone help me? I have a wireless internet connection which was working fine until this weekend. Now I can't watch iPlayer or youtube or any other videos online as they keep freezing every 5 seconds. I am with Plusnet for my internet with a BT landline. I have checked my bandwith with plusnet and used the BT speed test and they are both saying everything is normal. Not sure what to do now, do I need to contact Plusnet or is it something wrong my end? I have tried turning the router on and off. Everything else is working fine.

Just a thought, but could it be that you're now sharing the broadband, either unknowlingly (with someone stealing from an unsecure wireless connection), or with another device recently added (e.g. another PC, or a games console) drawing through the router?

Also, was the speedtest done at the exact time when you were having the issues with streaming video, or later on?
