Going back to work full time...

Hi all.

My partner works full time and I work 16hours a week and recieve child and working tax credit.

Iam now thinking of going back full time and wondering what happens regarding money, Im guessing we'll lose all the tax credits but am wondering if we will get any help with child care?

Any info be great thanks :beer:

you won't necessarily lose all the tax credits have a look at entitledto.co.uk and put in your new income - remember tax credits are based on last years income so unless your income will increase by more than £25k then you will not see the drop till next April

Done it, said we'd be entitled to over £150 a week!!!! LOL cant be right x

If by "full-time" you mean 30 hours+, you'll get extra for that.
