Please beware this online electrical retailer.
I ordered a freezer and was given a 7-10day delivery window. I was advised that they would inform me by phone of the delivery date.
I had occasion to cancel this order which I did by email and then by phone.
At this time I had still not had a delivery date yet this firm has said it will deduct £38 cancellation fee because they said they had already paid for the delivery.
I said if they do make the charge I will sue them.
Its a week now and I have had no confirmation of cancellation by email and of course no refund at all so far in the bank.
Shocking firm.....Steer Clear
