Can anyone help?

Just reading through the posts and came to this one. Ive been with o2 for yonks and always thought I got free txts every top up. But did the check bolt on thingy and it says I have 300 minutes. When I ring someone though Im always charged.

Does anyone know why this is - do I have to phone at certain times etc

Thanks for your help:beer: but Ive just tried now and its still charging me and also my minutes have stayed at 300. Emailed o2 but due to high volume of emails they just sent standard reply:mad: so im still none the wiser lol

I have 6 sims from around 8 months ago. No sign of the posted code on the sticker. Is there anything I can do with these?

hi all, i got some of these sims with 24DTXTAN on them, muhamid's link is no longer showing the correct info, long weekends has finished, is there any other trick ?
