garden size
hi there everyone
Just wondering ,i live in a flat of 6 tenents, everyone but me have equal sized garden area,on my title deeds ,it gives my area of ground, why is this then a fact my garden is 1.5 m shorter in my back garden. Can i take back my share or will i have to go through a solicitor
The people down stairs have not bought my land, which was built in 1949 by the local authority ,and now all are private.

A tongue-in-cheek but cautionary view from experts in garden law:

I think a summary of the discussion is that you can't rely on your title deeds necessarily and that it's a complex area with all sorts of minefields to negotiate.0
