    It selling well doesn't make them right on the issue of Flash support. I'm sure most aren't even aware of Flash, let alone whether the iPad supports it or not, so it's not like they're making an informed choice. I suppose they're free to return it once they find out but that's a barrier, and actually you can cope pretty well without Flash.

    I dislike Flash and like that Apple is trying to push for use of HTML5 (even thought they support the use of propriety H.264 rather than the open Ogg Theora codec) but I question the way they went about it.
