sat nav faulty now out of warranty

we have a roadangel sat nav and had a problem with it not holding charge we took it back under warranty and they fitted a new battery, still the same no better we took it back twice more and they sent it back saying there was no fault we tried again this time (out of warranty) still the same problem they said they now have found the problem but seeing as its out of warranty it will cost 63 pounds to repair. have I any recourse there saying as they didnt find the faults it must have happened when it was out of warranty I explained i have been bringing it back for two years with the same fault. Very frustrating anyone help please

ive been searching the forums listing roadangel problems and have come up with other people with the same problems and get this there managing director has been crusing these forums putting these problems right so i have emailed him !!! so fingers crossed folks hope to have some good news soon :beer:0

still waiting for a response from the boss since then i have a list of 12 pages of various similar complaints about these products surley something could be done to address this0
