Pothole rights for compensation

Councils will, by definition, refuse point blank to offer compensation unless you can prove beyond reasonable doubt it was their negligence. It's always best to take a photo (use your mobile) of the pothole et al and provide them with this. You may even have to pursue this via a solicitor or small claims court.0

Yes, we know what s/he means. Yes, you're trying to be clever. But no, it failed.
Why has it failed? Because the post doesn't stipulate whether the person is the driver of passenger and in the modern Western world, I do doubt that many people have never been in a car.0
