A recommendation for you!
I booked with these last week, a week at club caleta dorada for 4 s/c, for £213.
I did find it cheaper at alpharooms, booking.com etc around £196, but otel.com have no charges for ammending/cancelling right up to 4 days before you are due to be there, so chose to pay the little extra what with the volcano thing. Anyway, in light of many mse'ers commenting about companies not being very good, id just like to highly recommend these, for now anyway. After i booked for 30/07 - 6/08, i realised i could only get flights 29/07 - 05/08, a quick log in to my account at otel sorted this in about 3 minutes, ten minutes later i got an email confirming everything would be okay.
So, at prices only a few pounds more than leading "cheap" brokers, i think its worth it with the no charge up to 4 days before thing.
