Nightlife in Oslo

Currently trying to plan a night out in Oslo.
We will be stopping for the night at ekeberg camping. Which has a bus route but stops at midnight. So can get the bus into town easily, 10 min ride.
I wondered if its possible to walk back here?
Or infact if anyone knows where is likely to get lively earlier on in the night, that would be helpful! we can then take the party back to the campsite
