Never presume anything with the CSA. When I was having problems I was lucky enough to get advice from a friend who worked from them and she actually told me that requests for new assessments were routinely put to the bottom of the "to do" pile, as are letters advising you of changes of circumstances and changes in maintenance amounts.
OP - I honestly don't know how he's managed it, maybe he simply just isn't sending the CSA the money and it's racking up in arrears, give them a ring to find out why. My ex would pull every trick in the book too and our case never leaves Enforcement anymore. He sent dozens of letters back saying not known at this address and then told me he had infact bought said house a year previously.why cnat you be happy with what you are getting ?
