Dual Fuel v Single Supply
Is it me being a bit stupid or is it possibly to save more money by having gas through one company and electricity through another which works out cheaper than any dual fuel tariff on offer from any single company?
I am looking to move my Gas & Electric from my current supplier and found that (by also factoring in cashback savings) it is cheaper to get my gas through nPower and Electricity through EDF rather than go Dual Fuel with either of these or any other supplier?
Am i missing something? Is this possible?

Hi
Yes, it is possible.
I'm on npower's Go Fix dual fuel tariff. I could save about £30 a year if I changed to npower's SOL18 for my electricity and Ebico for my gas. Will consider when Go Fix ends in December.
