Hi there
We are thinking of going to edinburgh for new years eve this year, would probs go out the 30th dec for 2 nights, we are looking at staying at the Apex International.
Just wondered if any of you had been there for new years eve and if you think it is worth doing, every new years eve we seam to do the same thing and thought this might be good to do.
If anyone knows of any hotels they think are good value and in the heart of everything let me know.

If you are looking to do Princes Street you need armbands which are not on sale yet and cost £10 - a couple of years ago we saw a group of American's being turned away as, although they had tickets for the concert in the gardens, they did not have armbands
There are 3 Apex hotels now in Edinburgh - Waterloo Place is the most central0
